Day 3 Begins
Posted by Bertie on Friday Oct 3, 2008 Under General RamblingsDay three is here and our cyclists have been hard at work, as have our Dieters. I asked Sharon how she was getting on last night.
"Well the first day of my diet is over and I have am feeling very positive. I managed to eat only one portion of fish and chips and just the 3 Mars bars. So far so slim!
I thought I would incorporate Paul McKenna into my regime. I hear he has been very successful in helping people lose weight, give up smoking and making them rich. Unfortunately, he is on a busman's holiday with Kerry Katona, so my colleagues have suggested I just buy his book instead.
So I have purchased Paul McKenna’s I can Make You Thin and will let everybody know how I get on with having a 20 minute snooze everyday.
All I need to do now is work out an excellent exercise routine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I don't really like running, swimming, walking or moving but I am open to any ideas."
